Form Consent Notice
Last updated: September 8, 2026
This notice explains exactly what happens when you check the consent box and submit the intake/contact form on markrendezmaranan.com.
1. What you're agreeing to
By checking the box, you confirm that you understand and agree that:
- The name, email address, phone number (if provided), practice-challenge selection, and message you type will be transmitted to Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection;
- Web3Forms will forward that submission to my personal email inbox so I can read and reply to it;
- I will use the information solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you choose to proceed, to discuss a potential freelance engagement — not for marketing you haven't asked for, and not for sale to anyone else.
2. About Web3Forms
Per Web3Forms' own published policies, form submissions are stored securely, encrypted at rest, and hosted on Amazon Web Services infrastructure, and are automatically deleted after a retention period (30 days on free plans, or up to 1 year on paid plans). Web3Forms states that it does not sell or share submission data with third parties and describes itself as GDPR-friendly. You can read their full terms at web3forms.com/privacy.
3. Withdrawing consent / requesting deletion
You can ask me to delete a submission you've sent at any time by emailing markrendezmaranan56@gmail.com with the approximate date and the email address you used. I will delete it from my inbox and ask Web3Forms to remove any remaining copy, where technically possible.
4. Required fields
Name, email, and message are required to submit the form; phone number is optional. The consent checkbox itself is required — the form cannot be submitted without it.
5. More detail
For the fuller picture of how I handle data across the whole Site (not just this form), see the Privacy Policy.
